Our Fees
We are mixed billing practice
At our medical practice, our doctors operate primarily on a private billing basis. Any applicable fees must be settled at the time of your consultation, and we accept payments via cash, EFTPOS, or Credit Card (excluding American Express). For added convenience, your Medicare rebate can be electronically submitted, ensuring a direct deposit to your bank account. We understand that financial challenges should not hinder your health, and we encourage open discussions about such concerns with your doctor or our practice manager. Your well-being remains our top priority.
Any fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (we do not accept American Express). Your claim can be electronically transmitted to Medicare so that your rebate can be directly deposited into your bank account. If you are having any financial difficulties, please do not neglect your health. Discuss this with your doctor or the practice manager.

- It is a medicare requirement that you present your medicare card at the time of each consultation.
- After-hours rates apply before 8 am on weekdays.
- There is no medicare rebate for pre-employment or Insurance medicals.
- Workers compensation consultations are built at work cover approved rates. Patients are supposed to pay at the time of the consultation and will be able to claim back the whole fees from the work cover.
- Department of veterans affairs (DVA) patients are billed directly to DVA. Patients are asked to present their cards at each visit.
- Aged pensioners or health care card holders may be offered a discounted fee patients are asked to present their cards at each visit.
